Place the contents of the sachet into a bowl.
Add 4-5 tbsp (60-75ml) of cold water and gently mix to create a slightly sticky dough.
With floured hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 minutes.
