Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Fan Assisted Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C, 400°F.
Remove all packaging. Spread the Wedges evenly on a baking tray. Place the tray in the centre of a preheated oven and cook for 18 - 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the Wedges at least once during cooking to ensure an even crispness.
Ensure the Wedges are piping hot before serving. Serve immediately.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
