Remove outer packaging and partially peel back film lid. Place directly into the microwave on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Oven cook - From Frozen
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 50 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled.
