Microwave - From Frozen
Remove sleeve and film lid before cooking. Place the pudding, still in its container, on a suitable plate. Place in a microwave and heat on full power (100%). Allow to stand for 1 minute.
As microwave ovens vary these instructions are a guide only. When using ovens of different powers, heating time should be adjusted accordingly.

900W Cat E 5 mins, Stir well 2 mins, Stand for 1 min
Oven cook - From Frozen
Pre-heat oven, peel back film lid and place it back over the pot. Place the product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 45-50 minutes. Half way through cooking, remove from oven, gently peel back film lid, taking care as hot steam may escape. Stir the product well, ensuring the jam is thoroughly mixed through the pudding. Replace lid and return to the oven.
