How to Cook
Stir through and ensure product is piping hot before serving. Serve immediately.
Hob - From Frozen
For one serving place a quarter of the pack, approx. 125g, in a non-stick saucepan. Cook over a medium heat on a hob for 4 minutes, stirring continuously until the carrot and swede are well mixed.Microwave - From Frozen
- Microwave in a microwaveable bowl on full power.
- For one serving, use a quarter of the pack, approx. 125g. 700W/800W/900W for 3 minutes
- For two servings, use half of the pack, approx. 250g. 700W/800W/900W for 6 minutes 30 seconds
Leave to stand for two minutes then stir before serving.
As microwave ovens may vary these instructions are a guide only.
When using ovens of different powers or preparing less than amounts stated above heating time should be adjusted accordingly.
