Aunt Bessie’s sweet potato fries: the tastiest way to get a five-a-day. We take whole sweet potatoes, slice them into french fries, and add a light crispy coating. That way, you’ll get them how you like them every time: delicately crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. And just like classic French fries they cook pretty quick, and get eaten even quicker.

Deep Fry - From Frozen
Preheat fryer to 175°C. Half fill the fryer basket and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Oven cook - From Frozen
Pre-heat oven and remove all packaging. Place the Sweet Potato Fries evenly on a baking tray and place on the centre shelf of the oven. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes, until crisp and golden. Half way through cooking turn the product over to ensure an even cook.
Pre-heat oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
