Whole packet of Roasting Vegetable Mix.
Pre-heat oven. Place a baking tray in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove packaging and pour vegetables evenly over the hot baking tray. Place on the centre shelf of the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes. Turn product occasionally to ensure an even cook.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Serve immediately.
