Garlic & Herb Beef Joint

A roast dinner always deserves a special centrepiece, so why not serve up our wonderfully slow cooked Shin of Beef - seasoned with salt and pepper to add an extra layer of tastiness making it perfect for your roast dinner. Plate up with some of our delicious Yorkshire Puddings for a real classic!

How to Cook

For best results, cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.

Oven from frozen (1 hour 5 minutes)

Pre-heat oven 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove from outer all packaging. Empty contents of pouch into an oven proof dish and cover loosely with foil. Place in the middle of a preheated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove foil and reserve cooking juices. Rest for 10 minutes before shredding with two forks. Drizzle with cooking juices as desired.


Warning! Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen at -18ºC or colder.
