How to Cook
For best results, cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.
Oven from frozen (1 hour 5 minutes)
Pre-heat oven 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove from outer all packaging. Empty contents of pouch into an oven proof dish and cover loosely with foil. Place in the middle of a preheated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove foil and reserve cooking juices. Rest for 10 minutes before shredding with two forks. Drizzle with cooking juices as desired.
Warning! Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or colder.
