Honey Glazed Gammon Joint

A roast dinner always deserves a special centrepiece, so why no serve up our Honey Glazed Gammon - this succulent joint has been drizzled with honey to give it a subtly sweet taste, making it a worthy joint for your roast dinner.

How to Cook

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, use immediately. 

 

Oven from defrost (1 hour 45 mins)

Pre-heat 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6.Remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet from the foil tray. Place sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water. Cover gammon loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes then remove the foil covering, drain any excess liquid and evenly cover the gammon joint with the honey glaze. Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving.

 

Oven from frozen (2 hours)

Pre-heat oven 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet from the foil tray. Place sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water. Cover gammon loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven. Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes then remove the foil covering, drain any excess liquid and evenly cover the gammon joint with the honey glaze. Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving. 

 

 

Air Fry from frozen (1 hour 20 mins - 1 hour 25 mins)

Pre-heat air fryer to 150ºC for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Remove all packaging. Place sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water. Place gammon in air fryer basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 1 hour 10 minutes - 1 hour 15 minutes. Pour the glaze over the gammon and return to the air fryer for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. 

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen at -18ºC or colder.

For best before, see front of pack.

Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
