How to Cook
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven from defrost (1 hour 45 mins)
Pre-heat 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film from the foil tray. Sprinkle your desired amount of salt and pepper seasoning evenly across the pork. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven. Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes, remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Oven from frozen (2 hours)
Pre-heat oven 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film from the foil tray. Sprinkle your desired amount of salt and pepper seasoning evenly across the pork. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven. Cook for 2 hours, remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Air Fry from frozen (1 hour 35 mins - 1 hour 45 mins)
Pre-heat air fryer to 150ºC for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Remove all packaging, sprinkle your desired amount of salt and pepper seasoning evenly across the pork. Place product in basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 1 hour 35 minutes - 1 hour 45 minutes. Leave to stand for10 minutes before carving.
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or colder.
For best before, see front of pack.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
